No. While our programs are designed for bodyworkers, chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists, many of our students come from fitness, yoga, or health coaching backgrounds. It depends on your country of origin and the rules that apply to you. We do not check your license or manage this. You’ll get full support at every level.

Yes. Our advanced courses include a certificate of completion and may qualify for CE credits depending on your state or licensure board. We do require live class attendance and testing for certification. Each module, if it includes certification, will clearly outline the requirements needed to earn it.

Tetherwork is a hands-on method developed by MSK Academy founder Steven DiMarino. It targets fascial, neural, and vascular restrictions by creating tension points between two anatomical structures. It reads the body's communication system to tell you what to do, guiding your treatment decisions in real time. It is the first objective test-and-treatment system in manual therapy, allowing immediate feedback through changes in muscle tone and autonomic shifts. The treatment protocols are simple and work extremely well.

We offer both. Our core programs are delivered through high-quality, on-demand videos. Live seminars are offered for deeper clinical refinement and one-on-one mentoring.

Do you offer refunds? There are no refunds. Once course materials are delivered electronically, you receive full access. We do not offer refunds because the content can be downloaded, copied, and retained, making it impossible to reverse access.

With just the MSK Foundations material, we took a 1–2 client per week clinic and grew it into a seven-figure practice in less than four years. Yes. While not based on peer-reviewed publications, this is a brand-new form of manual therapy, and we include all the greatest classic techniques. Our methods are grounded in anatomical dissection, neuromechanical principles, vascular mapping, and decades of clinical experience. Tetherwork is testable and reproducible using changes in autonomic tone.

Absolutely. Our approach enhances and integrates easily with chiropractic, osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and movement therapy.

Knowledge in basic anatomy is useful but not required. We do not teach the muscles and bones, these are considered foundational knowledge and will be up to you to learn independently. No prior manual therapy experience is necessary for our foundational programs. In fact, we find inexperienced students often easier to teach. We guide you step by step through our testing and treatment protocols; however, some outside study will be necessary for success.

Yes. All video content is mobile-friendly and accessible through any device with an internet connection.

In most cases, videos are streaming-only to protect course integrity, but handouts and resource sheets are downloadable for your reference. However, you have lifetime access, so there should not be a need for downloading.

Understanding Tetherwork principles is essential for the successful application of Neural Reset. Treating trauma is delicate and requires live instruction. Please check the prerequisites for this class carefully, as it is only taught live and is not available as a standalone online module.
